Het is zover: De verhuur van de 12 exclusieve huurappartementen in project Stadswal is gestart! Vanaf nu is het mogelijk om in te schrijven op uw favoriete appartementen. We verwijzen u graag naar de projectwebsite (stadswal.nl) waar meer informatie over de appartementen bekeken kan worden.
Neem contact op met één van de makelaarskantoren om het inschrijfformulier en de prijslijst te ontvangen. Via het inschrijfformulier is het mogelijk om u op één of zelfs meerdere bouwnummers in te schrijven. Uw inschrijving wordt alleen in behandeling genomen als het ingevulde inschrijfformulier tezamen met alle verplichte documenten volledig verstuurd is naar één van de makelaarskantoren.
Voor de appartementen hanteren wij een inkomenseis van circa 3x de kale maandhuurprijs als bruto inkomen. Indien u aantoonbaar eigen vermogen heeft of een koopwoning achterlaat dan zullen wij dat meenemen in de haalbaarheidsberekening.

The time has come: The rental of the 12 exclusive rental apartments in project Stadswal is about to start! From Thursday, February 1, 12:00 noon, it is possible to register for the apartments. We would like to refer you to the project website (stadswal.nl) where more information about the apartments can be viewed.
Please contact one of the brokerage offices to receive the registration form and price list. Registration for the rental apartments is possible until Wednesday, Feb. 14, noon. Via the registration form it is possible to register for one or even several building numbers. For the allocation of the apartments we do not look at who registered first. So please take your time to look at all the information before making your choice for a home. Your registration will only be processed if the completed registration form together with all required documents has been sent in full to one of the real estate offices.
For the apartments we apply an income requirement of approximately 3x the basic monthly rent as gross income. If you have demonstrable equity or leave a property behind, we will include this in the feasibility calculation.
